Shipping and Order Processing Policy

This policy outlines our shipping and order processing.

Shipping Fees

Our shipping fees are as follows. In most cases, we pass along the shipping fee charged to us by the carrier.

Order Processing

• We ship primarily from Fort Worth, TX, though in some cases we may dropship from Amazon FBA warehouses.
• Most orders for IN STOCK items placed by 12PM central time ship same day. After 12PM orders ship next day.
• Orders for custom items, prints, and arcade skins ship in 1-3 days depending on the complexity of the order.
• Backorder items ship within 1-2 days of receipt of stock replenishment.
• Orders made with non-instant payment methods (example: eCheck) will be processed the day after the payment clears our bank. This can take anywhere from 3 to 12 days.
• Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation within 10 minutes of checkout. If you do not receive your confirmation, be sure to check your SPAM folder.
• Due to the speedy nature of our order processing and shipping, we may not be able to make changes to your order after it is placed.
• Please make sure you enter the correct address. We do not refund orders returned for incorrect addresses and in some cases we may charge a restocking fee.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays, inclement weather, or “acts of god” that delay delivery of your order.
