WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If your order is for virtual goods such as ARCADE PLANS, please refer to the links in your receipt email or visit your My Account page to access your plans.
If your order is for physical goods, such as arcade kits or prints, please refer to your order shipment email for your tracking number. You can also get your tracking number from your My Account page. You can track your package on the USPS, UPS, or DHL websites.
For issues with delivery please contact the carrier directly. Our customer support team can not provide any additional details beyond what the carrier tracking page provides.
